The Program
Real Work From the First Week
Interns join the deal team, not a training track. They work on live engagements alongside the Managing Partner and senior advisors, with the accountability that comes with client work.

Live mandates
Interns are staffed on active sell-side and strategic engagements: diligence, financial modeling, and the materials that go to clients and counterparties.

Market research
Interns study the markets our clients operate in, from wholesale market design and interconnection to tax credit monetization and storage economics, and contribute to Odette’s published commentary.

Senior access
In a boutique setting, interns work directly with senior professionals and see how assets are positioned, how assumptions are tested, and how buyers respond.

Energy in Action
I was staffed on live sell-side mandates from my first week — diligence, financial modeling, and the marketing materials that went to clients and counterparties. None of it was a practice exercise. That meant I learned how a mandate actually moves: how an asset gets positioned, how assumptions get stress-tested before anything leaves the building, and how buyers respond once materials are in the market.
