Three tiers of engagement
Every retainer is built around three variables: the role Odette plays, the access you have to senior time, and the scope of work we take on. Pricing may vary with complexity, urgency, and transaction size. Success-based fees on closed transactions are structured separately and agreed in advance.
Growth is a strategic advisory and value creation retainer. When an asset goes to market, the retainer steps up to Scaler for the duration of the process, so every marketed process is resourced at the level it requires.
Engagements are non-exclusive by design. Odette operates as a multi-client advisory platform, not staff augmentation.

How to subscribe
Select a tier above and complete the short registration form, then choose a payment method at checkout. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with written notice under the terms of your engagement letter.

Zelle, ACH or Wire
For clients who prefer a direct bank-to-bank transfer with no card fees.

- Your subscription is activated once the transfer is received, typically the same business day
- ACH or wire: contact us and we will invoice you under your engagement letter — recommended where your bank’s Zelle limits fall below the monthly retainer
